Hello everyone, we arrived in Mumbai early as representatives from different countries: France, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, and of course India. We are all together to complete the preparation of the Focolare. The hospitality of this country is amazing and has made us the impact immediately with a very different culture. The journey to the accommodation we have done on a small bus.
We held open the curtains of the window to capture multiple images different world. We have entered another reality. In the light of day before our eyes opened up the best in Mumbai: tropical plants, colorful, the beaming smiles on the faces of the Indians and the heat became almost pleasant.
We met immediately ie the Gen3 in Mumbai who have shown great enthusiasm for the choreography Supercongress, trying with them we shared the joy and expectation of this event. This morning we had an extraordinary experience for a lesson in after-school project schoolmates. The children showed us their adorable notebooks are proud of their work was a moment of true unity. Within half an hour the children played with us all, reciting their poems and playing with our cameras. In the afternoon we learned a new sport: cricket. A Jan, Laxman has explained the rules and we had a great time of Jesus in the middle.

Hey all, We Have Arrived in Mumbai as Representatives of different countries ", France, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, and of course India. We Are Gathered together to complete the preparation for the Supercongress. The hospitality of this country is unbelievable and has made us feel comfortable in a very different culture. We travelled from the airport to our accomadation in a mini-bus; we had truly entered a different world.
However, upon waking up the next morning we looked out our windows and saw Mumbai in it’s full glory: gardens resembling a tropical jungle, and locals everywhere armed with warm smiles. Their friendly demeanour made all the difference, and made what had been suffocating heat pleasant.
This morning we sat in on the lessons of the homework club for the ‘School Mates’ Project. The children (who were all adorable) showed us their reading and writing books. It was a real moment of unity; within half an hour the children were playing with us all, reciting poetry they had learnt had in fits of giggles taking pictures on our cameras. In the afternoon, the Gen, Laxman taught us the basic rules of cricket. We eventually got the hang of the game, and it was an afternoon of Jesus in the midst, with all the Gen thoroughly enjoying themselves.

Bonjour tout le monde, Nous sommes bien arrivés à Bombay comme les premiers représentants de diverses pays, la France, l’Italie, l’Irlande et l’Ecosse.
A notre arrivée nous avons été struck by the wave of heat that suffocates us all the time. Indeed, the thermometer display thirty degrees and there are 90% humidity, but the amazing hospitality and Indian culture fascinates us and makes us forget the very heavy weather of their country. We were also struck by poverty, because we see every day slum nearby buildings. It's really another world!!
The morning of July 31, 2009 we provided support during the students to a small primary school. Children (who are adorable) we were shown their workbooks and we have read short texts. For 30 minutes after the lesson the children played with us and especially with our digital cameras. the afternoon we tried a new sport: cricket. Laxman, an Indian told us the rules and we had a great time with Jesus in the middle.
