After a common prayer on the steps of a Hindu temple, together, Teens for a united world, students of the University and all the invited guests for the occasion (1600 people in total) We are committed to live for Peace and broadcast.
We then gathered in the auditorium to listen to important political and religious leaders. Among them, Alan Nazareth, former ambassador of India and Chairman of the Gandhian Sarvodaya Movement, we were particularly challenged when he quoted the words of Gandhi: "Take a Stand for Truth staying in love."
He then spoke of the beatitudes of Jesus.
